Ed Helms is producing yet another TV project. According to Deadline, Helms has teamed up with UCB alum Lindy Gomez for a new workplace comedy at ABC called Picante, which will center on “the owner of a food manufacturing and distribution plant who juggles running a business with the obligation of employing his entire Mexican-American family.†In addition to Picante, Helms is also producing an FX comedy called Starters and Weird Like Us at Fox by former Colbert Report writer Max Werner.
