HBO unveiled the first poster for Game of Thrones season six on Monday morning, and, as posters go, it’s a helpful one, instantly addressing the two biggest questions fans had about the upcoming season. One, is Jon Snow really dead? As any glimpse of Kit Harington might have told you, the answer is: No! Look, he’s right here, a little bloody, but basically as morose and glowering as ever. (Who said death changes you?) And we’ve also got a little more light on that premiere-date question: Despite what some suspected, season six will premiere in April. Maybe late April, but April nonetheless. Would a poster lie to you?
