James Cromwell, charming rogue of the silver screen, is at it again: The Times Herald-Record reports that the veteran character actor had to be removed from a business celebration in New Windsor, New York Tuesday night after heckling the energy company CPV, which was receiving an award. Cromwell, who lives in nearby Warwick, was one of two people escorted out of the Orange County Partnership’s Annual Event; he and his accomplice Pramilla Malick called the company’s new natural-gas plant in Wawayanda a threat to the environment and inhabitants of the Hudson Valley. That’ll do, James Cromwell; that’ll do.
