Sad news for Megan Ganz and Adam Reed’s in-the-works FXX series Cassius & Clay: Deadline reports that despite giving the project a series order in August, the network has decided not to move forward with the show. The news comes just a day after FX ordered an hourlong animated pilot from Louis C.K. and Albert Brooks. Ganz said on Twitter that the project was “too perfect to work†and assured fans that more things are on the way:
