Aside from the fact that this is a near shot-for-shot animated version of the actual Magnum, P.I. opening, this teaser is a thing of beauty because it also shows off lots of sad Cyril faces, rodeo-clown Pam, hopes of phrasing, and Archer’s really good, on-the-fly sound effects. (Also, hey, Ray looks much better!) Did you miss these guys? No worries, Archer returns to FX for season seven on March 31 with this tagline: “Always ready to screw his enemies in private. He’s back in business.†(Thanks, FX.)
