Soon enough, the Hough siblings will be in all the stuff. Dancing With the Stars vet Derek Hough, whose sister recently starred in Fox’s Grease: Live, is going to be Broadway’s new Gene Kelly (or rather Don Lockwood) in an upcoming adaptation of Singin’ in the Rain. Producer Harvey Weinstein shared the news at a pre-Oscars party last night, where Hough also performed “Moses Supposes†and “Singin’ in the Rain.†It’s a bold casting decision, especially in a world where Channing Tatum already exists.
