Saturday Night Live just announced its final hosts of the season. On Twitter today, the show revealed that Drake will appear as host and musical guest for the second time on May 14th, while SNL alum Fred Armisen will make his hosting debut on the May 21st finale with musical guest Courtney Barnett:
