TV director Jace Alexander has been sentenced to ten years’ probation after being convicted of possessing child pornography, the Associated Press reports. Alexander — who directed 32 episodes of Law & Order, as well as installments of The Blacklist, Rescue Me, and Burn Notice — pleaded guilty to two child-porn charges in January. Though Alexander avoided the maximum sentence of seven years in prison, he must register as a sex offender. Five days after his arrest last August, Alexander resigned from his position as second vice president of the Directors Guild of America.
