Classic “pussy generation.†Always assuming the best of everyone. Despite Clint Eastwood’s long-standing conservative leanings and recent musings on the decline in the quality of American citizens, Meryl Streep is somehow surprised her Bridges of Madison County co-star plans to vote for Trump. “I’ll have to speak to him,†the outspoken Clinton supporter told Vanity Fair when informed about Eastwood’s pro-Trump comments. “I’ll have to correct that! I’m shocked. I really am. Because he’s more — I would have thought he would be more sensitive than that.†If Meryl ever does confront him, hopefully somebody has the wherewithal to film it so they can both win Oscars.
