There is little America’s bosom bestie Taylor Swift can make or do that does not turn to gold (in the monetary sense), including — it would seem — a museum exhibit. “The Taylor Swift Experience,†an exhibit of the singer’s life and music so far, is coming to New York City’s South Street Seaport after a massively successful run at the Grammy Museum in L.A. “The Experience,â€Â which Swift curated, also includes handwritten lyrics, private notes and photos, and childhood possessions. It moves eastward — just like Taylor did! — after its run in Los Angeles was extended to accommodate ongoing demand. Billboard reports that the expanded NYC version, which opens November 18 and runs through February, will cost $9 to enter. That’s a pretty reasonable price to pay for, well, anything really, in New York City. One question remains, though: Does this tiny snippet of news, like any other about T. Swifty these days, mean she’s about to drop a new album? Maybe (not?)?! Regardless, to this exhibit we say: Welcome to New York.
