It’s not that Neil Diamond is terrible at playing Password on Tuesday’s Tonight Show, it’s more that he loves salad. So much so that when it comes to thinking up a word to describe Mistletoe, the singer, who just came out with a new Christmas album, could only think of the word “leafy.†On top of that, Diamond and Fallon didn’t stand a chance against Natalie Portman and J.J. Abrams, who were able to communicate “grumpy†on the first try. If only the two could have teamed up sooner, say in a Star Wars film, the world would be a better place.
