It’s oft said that past performance is the best predictor of future success, and boy is former The Apprentice host Donald Trump putting that axiom to the test. As Seth Meyers points out about reports of chaos and inexperience in the Trump administration, “Trump’s previous experience was hosting a game show that was literally an amateur hour.†And given the rotating door of pink slips, that’s not the only way Trump’s current digs are reenacting his glory days. Of course, if this is The Apprentice all over again, we might want to be on the lookout for some kind of master.
