Here’s a clip from last night’s Late Night, where Seth Meyers welcomes writers Amber Ruffin and Jenny Hagel to deliver some punchlines he can’t get away with for a new segment of “Jokes Seth Can’t Tell,” where they cover everything from lesbian bars to Flint, Michigan to menstrual cycle apps to the news that a lesbian was recently named leader of Germany’s fascist party. “If you’re wondering what lesbians and fascists have in common, the answer is their haircut,” Hagel says. “Jenny, why is it that so many lesbians have short haircuts?” Meyers asks. “We just get really excited about scissors.”
