Surprise, surprise: you haven’t seen the last of Robert Durst. According to Deadline, a judge ruled Thursday that Durst will have to stand trial for the 2000 murder of Susan Berman, his close friend. Durst was arrested on the charge on March 14, 2015, the day before HBO aired the series finale of The Jinx, in which Durst seemingly confessed to several murders when he was caught on tape saying “What the hell did I do? Durst is charged with shooting Berman in the back of the head at her home. The judge, Mark E. Windham, ruled that there is enough evidence for him to stand trial and that prosecutors could allege that he killed Berman as a witness to a previous crime, as the evidence “does suggest that Robert Durst killed Kathie.â€
