While his Oscars hosting gig didn’t work out this year, comedian Kevin Hart is still keeping very busy. The stand-up announced today that he’s landed his first-ever Netflix comedy special, which will debut on the streaming network on Tuesday, April 2. Titled Kevin Hart: Irresponsible, the special was taped during a sold-out show at the O2 Arena in London during Hart’s recent Irresponsible Tour and covers Hart joking about “his friends, family, travel … and a year filled with irresponsible behavior.â€
In addition to the special, Hart is also behind an FX comedy series starring Lil Dicky as well as a live-action Monopoly movie, but most of the headlines he made this year were about his old homophobic tweets, which led to even more controversy about whether or not Hart had previously apologized for them.
