Mandy Moore’s appearance on Monday night’s episode of Busy Tonight ended with a little bit of salt. Okay, it was a lot of salt. Moore referenced her desire to be cast in the upcoming Guys and Dolls movie. “I’ll sing, I’ll do whatever I have to do,†she says she told her representatives. But, according to her team, the production wanted to decide on the male talent first, and then they’d worry about the dolls once the guys were squared away. “That’s Hollywood for you,†Moore added. Philipps responded, “That’s such fucking bullshit,†before continuing to lament how even with so many changes in Hollywood, patriarchy reigns. Page Six is reporting that a source close to the production says casting hasn’t begun because the film still doesn’t have a director. Hey! Maybe Mandy could do that!?
