The Last of Us Nominated for Best Kiss at MTV Movie & TV Awards

The full nomination list for the 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards (which include TV now, by the way) are out and, well … choices were made in the Best Kiss category. Anna Torv’s Cordyceps death smooch has been nominated in the category, alongside Harry Styles in My Policeman, some angsty teens on Outer Banks, and Cara Delevingne/Selener in Only Murders in the Building.

In film categories, the MTV Movie & TV Awards are giving more love to Nope than the Oscars did. Jordan Peele’s critique of the entertainment industrial complex is nominated for Best Movie, Best Performance in a Movie, and Best Comedic Performance (both of the latter for Keke Palmer). In further acts of righting what once was wrong, Doja Cat’s “Vegas� is nominated for Best Song. On the TV side of things, men got completely shut out of the gender-neutral category Best Performance in a Show. And as a true LOL, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, and LaLa Kent are nominated for Best Reality Onscreen Team.

You can vote for the MTV Movie & TV Awards until April 16. The show will air Sunday, May 7 at 8 p.m. ET. The full nomination list is below.
