Deirdre Mundorf

Deirdre Mundorf has been a writer for more than five years. After graduating from college, she began her professional career as an elementary school teacher, working with second and third graders. After 11 years as a teacher, Mundorf left the classroom following the birth of her first child. She soon began looking for something that would provide her flexibility, while still allowing her to contribute to her family’s income. After some searching, she discovered freelance writing and reignited her passion for writing.

While Mundorf started as a ghostwriter, it didn’t take her long to build a client list and to start getting work published under her name. She has written for several online publications, such as U.S. News and World Report, USA Today, Bob Vila and Discover Magazine. Some of her areas of expertise include business, personal finance, product reviews, home and organizing content and pet care.
