It’s been more than three years since Esmé Bianco first came forward with allegations of Marilyn Manson’s abuse, joining a chorus of woman in speaking out against the rocker. Now, Bianco is still calling for charges against Manson. The Game of Thrones star criticized Los Angeles County district attorney George Gascón for not filing charges in an October 10 news conference, appearing alongside Gascón’s challenger, Nathan Hochman. “I am one of over a dozen women who have come forward publicly at immense personal risk to provide evidence about how Marilyn Manson has sexually assaulted them,†Bianco said, per Deadline. “We are all still waiting for answers.†The previous night, Gascón’s office released a statement saying it would continue to review the case against Manson, claiming “new evidence has emerged within the last few weeks.†Bianco called it a political move. “Not until he knew I would stand up and publicly demand answers while sharing a podium with his political opponent did he try to offer some explanation,†she said. Bianco also claimed Gascón has refused to meet with her about the case, while Gascón said in his statement that “it would be inappropriate†for him to meet with Manson’s accusers.

Bianco claimed Manson first physically and sexually abused her in 2009 and said the abuse continued through 2011. “He deserves to be behind bars for the rest of his life,†she told the Cut, adding that she had spoken to the FBI about an investigation. She filed a sexual-assault lawsuit against Manson in July 2021, claiming he raped her along with abusing her. Bianco and Manson later settled the lawsuit in January 2023. Her lawyer said at the time she resolved the case “in order to move on with her life and career.â€

Manson returned to performing this summer for the first time since 2019, touring with hard-rock band Five Finger Death Punch. He is releasing his first album since 2020, One Assassination Under God — Chapter 1, on November 22. “I have received death threats, while my abuser continues to perform publicly,†Bianco said in a statement supporting Hochman.
