Megan Thee Stallion’s legal fight with Tory Lanez still isn’t over. On December 17, the rapper filed for a restraining order against Lanez, who was convicted of assault with a semiautomatic weapon for the 2022 shooting of Megan. Per TMZ, Megan is claiming that Lanez has been harassing her from behind bars via a number of hip-hop bloggers, including one named Milagro (whom Megan is currently suing). She’s seeking an order to keep Lanez from contacting or harassing her, including through third parties. The lawsuit includes tweets from as recently as October from Milagro (born Milagro Elizabeth Cooper), alleging Lanez was innocent of the shooting.

Megan claims Lanez has a “conspiratorial relationship†with Milagro, citing a prison phone conversation between Lanez and his father about payments to the blogger. After news of the lawsuit broke, Milagro tweeted, “I don’t feel the need to react emotionally to internet fodder. I don’t need to prove a thing to the court of public opinion. The truth will be in black and white and filed with the courts not the blogs.†In Megan’s earlier lawsuit against Milagro in October, she said the alleged harassment she received from bloggers was “unacceptable behavior.â€
