Voyage
After spending the past few years cooking spa food at Drew Nieporent's Heartbeat and Pulse at Sports Club/L.A., Scott Barton has fallen off the Weight Watchers wagon. His menu at Voyage, on the rum-soaked former premises of Caribe, plumbs the dietarily depraved depths of southern and Latin American cuisines in a full-fat assault of baby back ribs, fried baby chicken with pickled okra, curried fried oysters, and roast pork with ham-hock-stuffed plantains. Other southern comforts: a tea lounge up front and boiled peanuts at the bar.
