• Tucked into the custom molding is a motorized shade by Lutron Electronics.
• The headboard cordons off the master bath and is made of SwitchLite Privacy Glass. When it’s powered on, the glass is clear. Flip the switch, and the glass turns translucent.
• The floor is a custom-mixed, off-white concrete by Concreteworks East of East Brunswick, New Jersey.
