Governor-elect Andrew Cuomo has been quietly meeting with Albany’s dictator of delay, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, in an effort to preemptively “make peace,” reports Frederic Dicker in the Post. “I believe Andrew Cuomo is going to be a very capable leader, and that, to say the least, has been somewhat lacking in the past,” Silver explained.
