The inevitable march toward Anthony Weiner’s next comeback continues apace today with the rumor that he’s in negotiations to host a local political radio show on either WOR or WABC. All along, Weiner’s never-very-secret plan was “to gauge how a failed mayoral bid would impact his prospects of landing a lucrative TV or radio gig,” so the latest means he’s somehow fallen beneath the standards of cable news.
