Hibiscus Sparkle

Ingredients

White Champagne
Sugar cube
HIbiscus petals

Instructions

Boil hibiscus petals into a tea, when it reaches color and flavor of your liking, strain it out and cool. Add to sugar so that the sugar is a wet sand texture. Place the sugar into molds and after it dries it makes pink hibiscus sugar cubes.

Drop cube in Champagne. (Published 2016)
