A light and bright cocktail.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. peach liqueur
1 oz. verjus
2 1/2 oz. hibiscus iced tea

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker; shake briefly with ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with three lemon wheels inside the glass (like little suns). (Published 2015)
