Ingredients

1.5 oz. Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette
4 dashes of plum bitters
G. H. Mumm �Cordon Rouge’ Champagne
Lemon twist as garnish (optional)

Instructions

Pour first two ingredients over ice and shake hard. Strain into a Flute glass. Top off with Champagne and mix well. (Published 2016)
