Anne Bowen - New York Fashion Designer - Full Frontal Fashion
ANNE BOWEN

Eveningwear designer Anne Bowen knew from an early age she would leave her mark in the world of fashion. Raised in the south, she began designing in her early childhood and began professionally in the world of marketing, doing brand and image development for products ranging from movies to magazines. Since moving to New York City and into the fashion industry, Bowen has become known for utilizing precious and semi-precious stones to create her ornate, one-of-a-kind gowns. Bowen says she chose to design for women because she admires their "inner confidence, intelligence, strength and compassion." Her strength is her eye for beautiful fabric and draping. Her creations have graced the red carpet on such high-profile clients as Destiny's Child, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Cindy Crawford, and Heather Locklear. In 2002, she received great recognition for the $5 million diamond-studded couture masterpiece she designed for charity that was worn by Jules Asner to the Oscars.
