and it shows. The Sao Paolo-born designer is wildly popular
with the Red Carpet celebs that like to stand out in his chain-mail
dresses and second-skin leather catsuits, not to mention his
trademark blend of lycra and linen. He also often uses native
Brazilian craftwork, employing locals to create the crochet
and beadwork featured in many of his designs. One of the industry's
