Cynthia Rowley has had a lifelong passion for clothing. Her flair for design showed
itself early, as young Rowley designed her first dress at age
seven! As a student at the Art Institute of Chicago, she sold
her growing collection to a few prominent stores, and the rest,
as they say, is history. Rowley is also known as a designer
with a sense of humor, not surprising given her expressed desire
to produce fun fashion. Cynthia Rowley boutiques can be found
in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Japan. Stores carrying
her lines include Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale's,
Henri Bendel, Macy's, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue.
