Emilio Cavallini - New York Fashion Designer - Full Frontal Fashion
EMILIO CAVALLINI

"I would call my entrance into the world of fashion something of a bluff," says Emilio Cavallini, who launched his own line after tiring of creating looks for other designers. That was back in 1970, and the company has operated successfully out of its birthplace in Tuscany ever since. Cavallini's first collection, called "another man for another woman," was an instant hit, especially in Italy, where Cavallini continues to enjoy enormous popularity. Mondo Uomo magazine says of the designer: "His fashion is anarchistic and geared toward the young, anti-establishment man." Cavallini's Fall 2003 line was revolutionary, using cutting-edge technology to create designs entirely by computer, thus introducing a new and unique way to produce clothing. The radical fashions of Emilio Cavallini are the uniform for a new, complex generation driven by modern technology.
