Montano also writes a weekly column for more than 70 newspapers across the country. Titled "Make your Mark," the column answers readers' questions with Mark's own "do it yourself" advice. Adding to his numerous media achievements, Montano also recently joined the designer team on the Learning Channel's "While You Were Out." Montano also provided wardrobes for films starring Ethan Hawke and Stockard Channing. His customers include Tori Amos, Carly Simon, LeAnn Rimes, Juliette Lewis, Kirsty Hume, Tia Carrera and Natasha Richardson.

Identity development: I think if you just take a look at whats going on around you and adapt things that feel good to you, you can develop your own style."
Express yourself: We get dressed everyday, so this is our opportunity to express who we are and say something about ourselves. The people who buy my clothes -- they like to speak loudly."
