The new WTC Tower design is a mix-use complex set in a park. The towers incorporate office space, an observation floor, a WTC Street with pedestrian walk ways, restaurants and retail in the elliptical shape building.

One tower will have a private contemplative space for the family members only, that will over look the entire memorial site. The design proposal takes up 3.5 acres and the concept is "Twin Building " designing two of every building type.

This defining feature has punctuated New York's skyline from Battery Park to Harlem, it will serve as the predominate feature throughout the World Trade Center site. The buildings will be positioned along Greenwich Street and take up the entire area towards Church Street and from Fulton Street to Liberty Street.
