How it worked: We took two singles—one bachelor and one bachelorette—to Spritzenhaus, Greenpoint’s go-to beer hall–meat market. We plied them with a little liquid courage and then paired each with five unsuspecting, on-the-prowl patrons for five-minute tête-à-têtes. Here, a debriefing from all parties.
