Revolution Studio – a lofty 4,000-square-foot gym – has made it possible to take some of the best fitness classes in the city and to work out with top personal trainers without paying a membership fee (in case you didn’t know, these usually run upwards of $600 a year). The way it works: Trainers pay the gym a $200 monthly rental and then charge you their individual rates; single classes cost $12 apiece, $110 for 10, or $200 for 20. No more middleman. We like it. The Triple Pier Expo is one of the largest semiannual antiques shows in the city. This year – in addition to all of the usual offerings of designer furniture, vintage appliances, paintings, and so on – there’s a special spring sale within the show. Labels-To-Learning is educational for kids on two fronts.
