Maybe the IMac started it. Or it could have been those old YSL hues at the spring shows. Whatever the reason, turquoise is this season’s star color, and we’d bet on these stunners (pictured, right).
The most obvious way to wear turquoise is to mix it with neutrals. Try Gap’s tank, Theory’s jeans jacket, or H&M’s striped top. At night, set off a tan with Guess?’s crocheted dress or NY Based’s sequined shell. Too much? Try just a bright splash with Henri Bendel’s scarves, their teeny Buzz by Jane Fox tote, or some glitzy, gilded turquoise jewelry, like DKNY’s earrings or Chan Luu’s necklace.
