Now in its eighth year, the New York City Poetry Festival’s mission is to bring together as many as poets as possible for a weekend of poetry performances, book selling, arts an crafts–vending, immersive performances, literary art installations, delicious food and drinks, kids’ writing and performance workshops, and, most importantly, a whole lot of lying in the grass listening to poetry. Headliners this year include Terrance Hayes, Nico Tortorella, Danielle Pafunda, and Ladan Osman. NYxNY members will receive complimentary Donor-Level tickets ($25 value). This ticket level gets you two drink tickets, good for Brooklyn Brewery beer or wine. Members will also get $25 off any of the festival’s premium ticket options (like the Campfire Society tickets).
