NYxNY members are invited to tour Fish Farm, a marine fish hatchery functioning since the ’70s in Amagansett. After the tour, you’ll feast on unlimited Promised Land Oysters on the half-shell and mini Maine lobster rolls. Promised Land Oysters are grown by Fish Farm founder Dr. Robert Valenti and harvested from his oyster farm just a few hundred meters away. You’ll learn how to shuck an oyster like a pro and create oyster sauces, toppings, and dressings. Discover a hidden gem on the East End, where you will learn all about oysters and local marine aquaculture while you enjoy a delicious, sustainable seafood meal. Tickets are $75 each for NYxNY members, with the option to bring guests at the same rate. You can also bring your own wine or beer.
