Wine, dine, and swine with New York Magazine’s food critic Adam Platt, Grub Street editor Alan Sytsma, and Maialino chef Jason Pfiefer as they cook and eat an entire pig from nose — testarella — to toes — piede di maiale. Hosted in the intimate private dining room, the four course meal will be accompanied by selections from Maialino’s robust Italian wine list and conclude with an array of rustic Roman desserts.
