You may have heard of ikebana (the ancient Japanese art of flower arranging), but chances are you have not heard of ikebana’s weird cousin, freakebana. Freakebana, an invention from the mind of the Cut’s editor-in-chief, Stella Bugbee, is the art of arranging whatever you like. This Valentine’s Day the Cut teamed up with floral design studio Meta Flora to create an exclusive freakebana arrangement inspired by modern love, starring anthuriums and ostrich feathers. The arrangements cost $75, and NYxNY members will get first access to this exclusive collaboration as well as free delivery. Act quickly — there are only 50 of these arrangements available!
