
New York Magazine, helmed by editor-in-chief David Haskell, was honored today by the American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) with seven National Magazine Award nominations, tied for the most of any publication. New York was nominated for General Excellence (News, Sports, and Entertainment) for the tenth consecutive year and had work recognized across a variety of categories honoring written journalism, newsletters, photography, and design. Additionally, New York is a finalist for three ASME Awards for Design, Photography, and Illustration.
New York’s Vox Media colleagues at Eater and the Verge received four additional National Magazine Award nominations. Winners will be announced on April 10.
