Fried Chicken Live, Trufflepalooza—the Monday-night backroom food orgies at Locanda Verde have quickly become the hottest culinary ticket in town. Now comes the “Super Bowl” supper series, beginning February 8 (call for subsequent dates and to reserve). It’s three courses for $39, checkered tablecloths, all-you-can-eat pasta (some provided by Brooklyn’s Coluccio & Sons), lobster-style bibs emblazoned with the legend “spaghetti,” and a chance for Andrew Carmellini to really channel his inner Italian-American grandma (377 Greenwich St., at N.
