Easter Sunday in Rome is all about the abbacchio, or whole roasted suckling lamb, a tradition that Del Posto chef Mark Ladner pays tribute to on April 8 with a three-course midday feast. This being Tenth Avenue and 16th Street and not the Trastevere, there are other main-course options, most notably Ladner’s colossal 100-layer lasagne. For dessert, another agonizing decisione: pastry chef Brooks Headley’s budino di polenta, his ricotta-fennel tortino (pictured), or the tartufo ($95; 85 Tenth Ave., at 16th St.; 212-497-8090).
