Easter Sunday in Rome is all about the abbacchio, or whole roasted suckling lamb, a tradition that Del Posto chef Mark Ladner pays tribute to on April 8 with a three-course midday feast. This being Tenth Avenue and 16th Street and not the Trastevere, there are other main-course options, most notably Ladner’s colossal 100-layer lasagne.
