Home Design 2002 - Keith McNally Home Photo Tour

"We wanted the house to some degree to revolve around the kitchen. We enjoy cooking together a great deal." The all-new kitchen, built into an extension off the back of the townhouse, is lit by a room-size skylight; the metal-framed, small-pane windows at the rear were salvaged from Yale University ("I think they have a degree," McNally jokes). The pot rack is from Williams-Sonoma (110 Seventh Ave., at 17th St.; 212-633-2203). The porcelain sink is vintage from Vermont Salvage (2 Lumber Ln., Manchester, N.H.; 603-624-0868). The range is from Jade (Bari Restaurant and Pizza Equipment, 240 Bowery; 212-925-3845); the pair of dishwashers are Bosch (P.C. Richard & Son).
