The dumplings come stuffed with shrimp or pork (or chicken for $1 more), all equally savory. Boil in a pot till they float, drain well, then follow with a quick browning in hot oil to get some crunch. Dip in soy and vinegar, or Sriracha for added kick. Use the extra $3 on a couple of cold Buds.
