With bonuses swelling and fancy condos popping up, lower Manhattan shopping is suddenly an interesting high-low grab bag, where Hermès (4,000 square feet, June 21 opening), Thomas Pink (3,000 square feet, June 25 opening), and Tiffany & Co.
