One of the biggest names in floral design, Bailey won’t even talk about prices until it’s been decided that he’s doing the wedding and all details have been set in stone (in other words, if you have to ask…). He has a flare for the dramatic: glassvases on floral pedestals, table shades out of rose petals. Grayson Handy and Arturo Quintero generally cater to a younger crowd, and to fashonistas like Cynthia Rowley, who are looking for something a little funky�though Prudence Designs have also done their share of grand, over-the-top weddings. Robert Isabell’s studio can make pretty much any floral fantasy come true—even if it seems physically impossible.
