For a wedding at the Plaza, German-born and Paris-educated Wolfgang Thom designed a twelve-foot chuppah from 7,000 white orchids and placed four-foot-tall centerpieces on each table. Thom used to arrange flowers for Takashimaya and has bedecked Vivienne Westwood’s and Badgley Mischka’s fashion shows. He provides all services necessary for décor, including flowers, lighting, and furniture rental. For his high-end services, prices vary based on customers’ requests, with a simple bridal bouquet starting around $250.
