Police Ride-along Scheme (working title)

BBC One

Ever wondered what really happens on a police shift?

We are looking for people who live in Gwent to join local officers on a real shift.

The programme will explore the police ride-along scheme, which invites members of the public to join their local police for a shift.

Those that take part will have a chance to experience first-hand the challenges of modern policing in 2025. And at the end of the ride-along, they'll have an opportunity to feedback their thoughts.

We are looking for people who may have had their own personal experience of crime or have a clear motivation for understanding local policing. They should be comfortable expressing their point of view on camera.

Police Ride-along Scheme (working title) is produced for the BBC by Full Fat TV.
