Bobby’s Burgers By Bobby Flay, which has locations in hot spots around the country, ranging from Las Vegas to New Orleans, and many more, is known for their chef-driven burgers, fries, and shakes. But they have not been known to shake up their menu with special seasonal or limited-time menu offers. That's all just changed in the most intriguing of ways.
Bobby Flay is a celebrity chef known for his bold flavors, so it's not surprising his latest innovation is pretty out of the box. The new Buffalo Burger at Bobby's Burger is inspired by the classic buffalo wing in many ways – but with one crucial difference. It's not a chicken sandwich, but a beef burger!

This burger is made with Certified Angus Beef, blue cheese, hot sauce, ranch and fresh watercress. It's everything we'd expect from an order of buffalo wings, just reimaged as a burger. "The Buffalo flavors are a proven combination of heat, acid and creaminess that we know works. My philosophy is if it works on a wing it can work on a burger," said Bobby Flay in an email interview.
As for how long we can expect this new burger to stay around, the answer says Flay is not long, unless of course it’s a runaway hit. "Each LTO burger and shake combination will be available for three months at a time. There’s always a possibility that if one of them is a breakout hit, it can find itself on the permanent menu," he said.
For those who aren’t quite ready to experience Buffalo flavors in a beef burger, you still have options. Any burger in the restaurant has the option of having the beef switched out for grilled chicken or veggie. So, this really could end up a fairly traditional Buffalo experience for those who want it to be (or who just aren’t into beef).

The shake added to the menu to complement the Buffalo Burger is a Dulce de Leche Milkshake, which is made with a custard base that is mixed with dulce de leche, topped with house-made whipped cream and a drizzle of sweet dulce de leche syrup.
The shake and burger pairing is deliberate, as the Dulce de Leche milkshake has sweet and creamy flavors, which will offer a nice contrast to the heat of the buffalo sauce.
This is the first limited time only shake and burger offering to the Bobby’s Burgers menu, but more are to come.
